I was so ready to love this bra from the moment I put it on! Soft and comfortable. Unfortunately I noticed that the strap was twisted and couldn’t be UNtwisted. I contacted Customer Support, however, and they responded quickly and an exchange is being initiated. Exactly what I hoped for. So two thumbs up for product and support - LOL pun intended! The bra is comfortable but also supportive!!
