I bought this because I need a really low side band for a specific dress. It doesn't cover much, or support much, or have any nipple shield...but I'm hoping I can use it to build off of rather than resorting to boob tape. I don't recommend it for anyone who needs support or who has fuller breasts or wide-set breasts because the cups will not hold them. Also, I'm disappointed that I went by the sizing chart for 32D but the band is starting off on the last hook (nowhere to go when it stretches out over time) and I'm also spilling out of the cups. If you're this size, I don't recommend buying it.
